A full refund will be issued if you cancel your registration in writing at least 10 working days before the event start date. After this period, the following fees will be deducted from the registration fee:

• 5-10 working days’ in advance: 50% of the registration fee
• 0-5 working days’ notice: 100% of registration fee

Replacing Participants

This can be done at no extra cost. Please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Changing Dates

Moving to a future training is free provided it is requested at least 10 working days before the event start date. After this period, the following fees will apply:

• 0-10 working days in advance: 20% fee will be charged.

Training Postponements & Cancellations

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel this course if there are insufficient registrations. If this is the case, you will be notified 10 days in advance of the training start date.

You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. We are not responsible for any related or additional costs incurred.
